SCOPE

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The role will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Group CEO and Top Management’s working life and communication.

SCOPE

The Special Fibres Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing Special Fibres products are carried out efficiently and with strict adherence to quality standards required by the Customers. The role includes leading other members of the Special Fibres department and co-coordinating several activities, including operating machines, production, processing, packaging and sorting.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Devise strategies that would help to reduce production costs without compromising the standard of end products
  • Work hard-in-hand with the Special Fibres & Quality Manager to plan, budget and control activities of the department
  • Enforce safety rules on their team members to avoid them getting badly injured in cases of accidents and production hazards
  • Ensure that all team members wear protective gear during production and monitor all team mates to ensure adherence to instructions
  • Liaise with management to ensure that security and safety gadgets are installed and there is an established emergency response procedure in case of accidents and injuries
  • Write reports, keep track of expenses, create budgets and plan production goals, schedule and keep track of workers attendance

SCOPE

The Special Fibres & Quality Manager is responsible for coordinating the production of Special Fibres (Cashmere, Vicuna, Mohair, Dark Wool, etc.), according to Customers needs. The role supervises the whole department and aims to optimize the available resources for meeting the quality standards and the deliveries agreed with the Customers.

The position is also accountable for the Quality Laboratory in terms of respect of the quality standards set by the Group and the Customers. The role shall set the priorities and guarantee the correct maintenance of the Lab tools, also implementing and monitoring the procedures and best practices.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning of production for both high and low volumes, in direct cooperation with the MD for the biggest commitments;
  • Provide advice and technical support to Customers on possible combing and/or dehairing of the special fibres;
  • Daily reporting on production and deliveries;
  • Quality control of batches related to the combing cashmere;
  • Support and advice to other Schneider Group companies and Customers on analysis procedures and laboratory equipment;
  • Organize ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the Lab equipments;
  • Direct management of the Lab staff and supervision of the Special Fibres department on the shopfloor.

The Junior Full-Stack Developer will be based in the Italian Head Quarter of The Schneider Group and will report directly to the IT Applications Manager.

The new resource will operate on cutting-edge technologies in a creative and stimulating context, taking care of the design, implementation, and management of software platforms to support the business activities.

More specifically, the selected candidate will manage the following tasks:

  • Collection of requirements and definition of functional specifications (analysis)
  • Development of software solutions (programming)

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
